Wednesday Night Dinner provides an opportunity for informal conversations on various questions of faith and spirituality. Anyone from the community is invited to join us for this "pay-what-you-can" meal.Bible Study We have two Bible study groups: one meets on Sunday mornings before worship (9:15), and the other meets on Wednesday evenings following our Wednesday Night Dinner. Guests and first-time attendees are always welcome.
Children’s Worship & Wonder is a special program for children in grades 1-3. Children are excused to this program following the children’s moment in worship.
Our youth group (high school & middle school) participates in summer camp and other special events. New youth are always welcome.
Disciples Men’s Group meets monthly for breakfast and fellowship.
There are several Women’s Groups that meet, usually on Thursdays. Our women's groups also plan occasional church-wide events.
Our Praise Band leads us in worship on a regular basis. New band members are always welcome.
Boy Scout Troop 29 is chartered to Bixby Knolls Christian church, and meets Monday evenings at 7:00. Boys must be 11 years old to join.
Camps and Retreats take place each summer and throughout the year. Usually they take place at Loch Leven, our camp and conference center located in the San Bernardino Mountains.
